Good leadership is vital especially in times of uncertainty and change, and it requires cultivation. This is true for all leaders, and leaders of color face unique challenges and opportunities to model inclusive leadership and to engage in self-care.

As political and social headwinds try to push diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging off the table, we remain grounded in a simple truth: leaders who know how to build trust, create belonging, and lead across lines of difference will always be in demand.

A Space Designed for You

Our Cultiv8™ Leadership Program invites you into a 3-month guided journey alongside a cohort of your peers. You will join leaders of color from across multiple industries in a shared learning experience that tackles your unique challenges, like navigating bias, managing emotional labor, and leading authentically in environments that may expect you to code-switch or overperform. In this cohort, we name those realities and create space to grow through them—together. We'll also open space for you to identify additional things you want to discuss so we can address them together.

    Monthly sessions to deepen your insights, apply learning in real-time, and get expert support from a gifted coach in navigating complex leadership challenges.

  • Customized Online Learning

    Self-paced modules tailored to your assessment results paired with curated content that builds depth across the 8 inclusive leadership traits.

  • A Supportive Peer Cohort

    You’ll be part of a facilitated, carefully curated cohort of leaders who understand your experience and are committed to leading with equity, courage, and care and join PG alumni in a private community once the program ends.

  • Optional 1:1 Coaching

    Go deeper with personalized support from a coach, available as an add-on for those seeking more intensive growth.
