    Our Cultiv8™ Leadership Program invites you into a 3-month guided journey alongside a cohort of your peers. You will join leaders of color from across multiple industries in a shared learning experience that tackles your unique challenges, like navigating bias, managing emotional labor, and leading authentically in environments that may expect you to code-switch or overperform. In this cohort, we name those realities and create space to grow through them, together. We'll also open space for you to identify additional things you want to discuss so we can address them together.
