The Cultiv8 Leadership Program

Leadership grows faster in good company.

Cultiv8™ Circle is a 3-month, application-based cohort program that brings together a small group of leaders to grow alongside each other. Guided by Promoting Good facilitators, anchored to your assessment data, and grounded in the real challenges you're navigating right now.

WHAT IS CULTIV8™ CIRCLE

It's a commitment to grow with peers.

The leaders who change the most are the ones who do the work alongside others who hold them to it. Cultiv8™ Circle takes the structure of our leadership program and adds the dimension that makes change actually stick: a small group of peers, expert facilitation, and three months of focused practice together.

FOR LEADERS WHO ARE

  • Ready To Commit

Bi-weekly sessions plus coursework between sessions. Circle works because everyone commits

  • Open To Feedback

If you're entering with a defensive posture, this won't be the right environment. You will be challenged in service of your growth

  • Active Leaders

Best for leaders actively managing people or projects. The work involves applying frameworks to real situations

  • Willing To Contribute

You'll get clarity on your own leadership, and you'll be expected to bring perspective, support, and challenge other leaders

HOW IT WORKS

What three months in a Circle looks like.

Every Circle follows a structured arc. The conversations inside it are shaped by the cohort and what's happening in your leadership in real time.

  • Peer Accountability

You're showing up to a group that knows your goals, asks how it's going, and challenges you when you slip back into old patterns. The work continues between sessions because the cohort expects it to.

  • Real-World Application

You bring the situations you're navigating that week. Your cohort and facilitator help you work through them as they unfold. That means the learning is immediate, the application is tested in real life, and the frameworks become part of how you lead.

  • Experct Facilitators

Each Circle is led by a Promoting Good facilitator trained in inclusive leadership development and group dynamics. They keep the conversations productive, surface what the group isn't saying, and ensure the work goes deep without going off track.

The Application Process

Four steps from interested to enrolled.

We keep cohorts small and intentionally curated. The process is designed to make sure Circle is right for you, and that the cohort is right for everyone in it.

01

Submit your application

~10 minutes

A short application about your role, your leadership goals, and what you're hoping to get from a cohort. We use it to assess fit.

02

Schedule an intro call

30 minutes

A conversation with a Promoting Good team member to make sure Circle aligns with what you're looking for, and to answer any questions you have about the program.

03

Receive your decision

Within 1 week

If it's a fit, you'll receive an enrollment offer with cohort start dates and onboarding details. If it's not, we'll tell you why and recommend a better path forward.

04

Enroll and onboard

2 weeks before start

Confirm your enrollment, complete your 360° assessment, and join your cohort's onboarding session. You'll meet your facilitator, partner up, and set your goals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is there an application process?

Cohort programs only work when everyone in them is committed to the work and to each other. The application is short, and we're not gatekeeping — we're making sure Circle is the right fit for you and that you're the right fit for the people you'll be growing alongside.

How is Circle different from a Cultiv8™ bundle?

Bundles are self-paced — you complete the assessment and coursework on your own timeline. Circle wraps the bundle in a structured cohort experience with bi-weekly facilitated sessions, peer accountability, and shared timeline. Same content foundation, very different experience. Most leaders pick Circle when they know they need the structure and community to actually finish.

What's the time commitment?

Plan for about 3–4 hours per week across the 12 weeks. That breaks down to one 90-minute cohort session every other week, plus 1–2 hours of self-paced coursework, partner check-ins, and applying frameworks to your work. It's designed to fit alongside your day job, not replace it.

What if I can't make a session?

Things come up — we get it. Sessions are recorded so you can review what you missed. That said, the value of Circle is being there in the room, so we ask participants to attend at least 5 of the 6 sessions live. Anything less and the cohort isn't really working for you.

What if I'm accepted but the timing doesn't work?

You can defer your enrollment to the next cohort that fits your schedule — no penalty, no re-application required. We'd rather you join the right Circle at the right time than force a fit.
