Frequently Asked Questions

Which level should I start at?

Most leaders start with Leader or Professional. Choose Sprint if you have a single, specific trait you want to focus on. Choose Professional if you want a focused but broader development experience. Choose Leader (our most popular) if you want sustained growth with the support of a coach. Choose Executive if you're committing to a full transformation across all eight traits.

How are my trait Sprints selected?

Your Sprints are recommended based on your Cultiv8™ 360° assessment results. The assessment identifies which of the eight inclusive leadership traits represent your highest-leverage growth areas. You're welcome to follow our recommendation or choose your own Sprints from the eight available.

Can I upgrade my bundle later?

Yes. If you start with Sprint or Professional and want to add more traits, you can purchase additional trait Sprints individually or upgrade to a higher bundle tier — we'll credit what you've already paid toward the upgrade. Reach out to our team to coordinate.

What if I'm not ready for a program?

Start with the free Cultiv8™ Snapshot. It's a 15-minute self-assessment that gives you a personalized preview of where you stand across the eight traits — no commitment required. Most leaders who take it find clarity on which bundle fits. All assessments, Sprints, and Insight Coaching sessions can also be accessed individually.
