We strongly recommend it. Insight coaching is designed to work from your assessment data — that's what makes each session specific and actionable rather than generic. If you haven't completed a Cultiv8™ 360 yet, consider starting with one of our bundles that includes both the assessment and coaching.

What's the difference between 1:1 and small-group coaching?

1:1 sessions are fully personalized to your data and your role. Small-group sessions (3–5 leaders) are structured around shared themes and use peer practice to accelerate growth. Both formats are effective — the right choice depends on whether you want deep individual attention or the energy of collective accountability.

How do I schedule my session after purchasing?
