Sprint: Commitment
People are watching whether you'll follow through. Commitment is what makes them stay. This course reveals how consistently you show up on your promises and gives you a clear, honest picture of the gap between what you intend and how your team actually experiences your leadership.

Your best people are quietly questioning you
Not because of one big failure, but because of the small promises that slipped. The initiatives that started strong and faded.
-
You mean well, but intent doesn't retain people
High performers don't leave bad companies. They leave when they stop believing leadership will stay the course. And they rarely tell you why.
-
Trust, once fractured, is hard to rebuild without a plan
If your team has seen priorities shift, promises go unfulfilled, or values only enforced selectively, you already know something needs to change.
Course Outcomes
What you learn
This sprint goes beyond awareness. You'll walk away knowing exactly where your commitment as a leader lands, and what to do about it.
- Your commitment profile. Understand where you naturally show up with consistency and where the gaps are.
- The trust signals you're sending without knowing it. Learn how your follow-through is read by your team, your peers, and your stakeholders.
- How commitment drives business outcomes. See how values-based leadership delivers real results: talent retention, more innovation, and a team that executes with confidence.
- Practical habits to close the gap. Concrete, day-to-day practices from the Cultiv8® framework that help you rebuild trust where it's been strained and sustain it over time.

FAQs
What makes the Cultiv8® framework different from other leadership tools?
Cultiv8® is built on original research into the 8 traits inclusive leaders consistently share. It's not repurposed personality psychology or a generic competency framework. Every sprint is designed specifically for the challenges mid-level and senior leaders face in building trust, culture, and performance.
Is this connected to the full Cultiv8® Leadership Cohort?
Yes. This standalone sprint uses the same framework and research as the full Cohort program. If you later join a cohort, your sprint work becomes a head start. You'll already have context on one of your key traits before the 360° assessment.
Can I use this for team development or bring it to my organization?
Absolutely. The report and sprint materials are yours to use in coaching conversations, team workshops, or as part of a broader development initiative. For organizations looking to roll this out across a leadership team, reach out to us about group pricing.
What if I'm already a strong, committed leader? Will this still be useful?
Often the leaders who score highest on commitment find the most value in understanding how their consistency is perceived by others. That's not always the same as how they experience it themselves. The gap between intent and impact is where the real insight lives.
