  • You already know what you know. That's the problem.

Your expertise becomes your default lens. You solve, decide, and move faster. But you stopped asking the questions that fill the gaps.

  • Your team has feedback for you. They're just not sharing it.

Inviting candid input requires more than an open-door. If your team feels questions get deflected or suggestions ignored, they'll stop offering them.

  • Stagnation doesn't announce itself. It just settles in.

Curiosity fades at the leadership level, then the culture. Old methods go unquestioned. The team stops learning because the leader stopped.

COURSE OUTCOMES

What you will learn

This sprint helps you see how your curiosity actually shows up in your leadership, not how you think it does, and what shifts when you start asking better questions.

  • Your curiosity profile. Understand where you naturally lean in with genuine interest and where you default to what you already know. See the patterns in how you respond to new ideas.

  • What happens when your team stops being curious because you did. Learn how your relationship with questions sets the tone for the entire culture. When you model inquiry, people share their ideas freely.

  • How curiosity drives business outcomes. See the connection between a curious leadership and employees who feel heard , a culture that invites imaginative thinking, and proactive risk awareness.

How it works

STEP 1: Take Your Assessment

Answer a short set of situational questions designed to measure how commitment shows up in your leadership.

FAQs

What makes the Cultiv8® framework different from other leadership tools?

Cultiv8® is built on original research into the 8 traits inclusive leaders consistently share. It's not repurposed personality psychology or a generic competency framework. Every sprint is designed specifically for the challenges mid-level and senior leaders face in building trust, culture, and performance.

Is this connected to the full Cultiv8® Leadership Cohort?

Yes. This standalone sprint uses the same framework and research as the full Cohort program. If you later join a cohort, your sprint work becomes a head start. You'll already have context on one of your key traits before the 360° assessment.

Can I use this for team development or bring it to my organization?

Absolutely. The report and sprint materials are yours to use in coaching conversations, team workshops, or as part of a broader development initiative. For organizations looking to roll this out across a leadership team, reach out to us about group pricing.

What if I'm already a strong, committed leader? Will this still be useful?

Often the leaders who score highest on commitment find the most value in understanding how their consistency is perceived by others. That's not always the same as how they experience it themselves. The gap between intent and impact is where the real insight lives.
